Question:

At the start of the GEDCOM import, MyBlood crashes... why?

We detected that when you overwrite an existing Database, this seems to happen.
Please select a NOT EXSTING name for the database at that location.
e.g. You GEDCOM file is called Test.ged. This will suggest a Test.mb1 file as default! This will work. If you re-import the Test.ged file MyBlood will suggest Test.mb1 again. For now, change the name to Test2.mb1 and it will work fine.
