0101 Database is not connected. File is corrupted or not a MyBlood file...    
   

Question:

I get the Message "Database was NOT connected. File is corrupted or not a MyBlood file. Please send us the file...". What do I do?

   
    Answer:

Normally you can recover the file. There went something wrong when the file was open or opened.
What do you need to do?
1. Exit or Quit MyBlood
2. Go to the File you want to open in the Explorer (on PC) or the Finder (on Mac).
3. At the same location as the MyBlood File <.mb1>, you want to open, you will find a file with <-Journal> and one with <.lock>. Remove both files.
4. Relaunch MyBlood the file should open correctly.

If it doesn't open, please send us the file(s).
